ERC was founded by James and Irma Conder in 2001. James, who had extensive knowledge and experience in boilers and mechanical work, started the company with just a handful of dedicated employees. From the very beginning, they understood the importance of treating both employees and customers with respect and prioritizing their needs.
Over the years, the company has grown and expanded their offerings to include full-service boiler sales, maintenance, repair, and installation for industrial clients throughout the West Coast. Even with their growth, ERC has maintained its focus on customer satisfaction and employee growth.
